Plants that help maintain healthy Fish Pond

The plants can add interest and beauty of your fish pond, but did you know that also are essential to maintaining good water quality that will help keep your fish pond clear and healthy?

There are five different types of plants you want to think of planting in and around the pond – floating plants, oxygenating, marginal plants, bog and plants in deep water. These plants do not give the pond and look authentic, but it can also help keep the water oxygenated, reduce algal growth, fish are a place to hide, and a place to spawn, and can also provide food.
