What compost for use with a Night Blooming cereus?

I just received a reduction in e-mail and I do not know whether to use epiphytic orchid soil (iebark) or a cactus sand. In fact, this is not a cereus. Technically, it is a Oxypetalum "Epiphyllum". Most people know this yet as a night blooming cereus.
