Needs Whole Foods or cookbooks or websites NATURAL kitchen!?

Can anyone personally recommend something to eat or cook all natural cookbooks? Not that the lesson 3 / 4 pound of what is good for you. I'm looking for good recipes for butter nut cookies and sunflower seeds "Or lettuce wraps" … I am a vegetarian lunch box and it is excellent. Any others? What websites??
